My name is Erik Brown, and more importantly, I’ve created a way to give back further to my community, society, and overall greater good. Having been involved with Feed my Starving Children, The Joyce Uptown Food Shelf, Rotary International, and even the Boy Scouts of America, I know how difficult it can be to raise funds for the causes we are passionate about.
Finding new ways to give is a passion of mine, and I have a method of giving that works.
My latest goal is personally donate $100,000 to local and national charities. I do this by offering a large portion of my commissions to your cause with each sale of home. Even though I am one business owner, our combined efforts can produce so much more. As an old African proverb reads, “Many hands make light work.”
The 1st time I read it, that quote hit me: I can only do so much, but people love to give when they see others do so, when they see others making a difference by donating and giving of themselves. What if more people could be inspired like this?
This is the question I asked myself: how could we do that? If I’m not out there raising awareness, than how can I ask of others? We know all too well that most people only give in true need has been expressed upon them. People want to give, to donate. But they don’t know how. And they want to know their gift will have impact.
I’d love to implement this for you, and it is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3:
1. We utilize our channels to get the word out to your donors, volunteers, and network.
2. We help them buy and sell homes.
3. We give your charity a big check after closing.
Like I said above: It’s free, it’s beneficial, and it’s ongoing. Daily, we are inundated with negative media. But here, together we have an opportunity to change that. Your and my efforts are needed. We can inspire a community by giving more, raising more. Build on the momentum we created.
Please contact me to schedule a time and spend a few minutes on how I can assist in the greatest impact for those in need.
Looking forward to connecting,
